Old Man Lemon

From Turnip Boy Wiki
Jump to navigation Jump to search

Old Man Lemon can be found standing in front of a tree to the right of Turnip Boy's Greenhouse in a fenced in area. His only dialogue for a majority of the game is how he can't find his Watering Can and how he hopes no one stole it, as it's the only thing he has left of his ex-wife. The player can find his can in plain view next to him, but you cannot give it back to him.

Appearance

Old Man Lemon is a yellow lemon on it's side with two stubby sticks as legs. He is wrinkly, with three prominent forehead wrinkles and two eyebags per eye, and has five visible age spots on top of his head, three on the left and two on the right. He has a small cane, but seemingly no hand holding it, as it simply floats a bit to his right. His eyes are two lines indicating they are either closed, squinting, or heavily drooping, and he has a small perpetual smile.

Backstory

Old Man Lemon's backstory remains completely unknown to the player until right before the ending boss fight, where it is revealed that he's an ex-member of the mafia, as well as having been close friends with Mayor Onion and Turnip Boy's Father, Don Turnipchino.

Don Turnipchino, Mayor Onion, and Old Man Lemon used to be part of the Turnipchino Gang, a mafia gang that used to commit tax evasion until internal conflict split them apart.
