Turnip Boy, (real name Don Turpichino the Second), is a genderfluid femboy, and the titular protagonist and player character of the Turnip Boy series. He owned a Greenhouse in the center of Veggieville, but was evicted by Mayor Onion after failing to pay $143,753 (plus 50% interest) in taxes. Many consider him a menace to Society.

Profile

Physical Description

From Turnip Boy and the player's perspective, Turnip Boy is a tan turnip with three green leaves growing out of the top of his head. He carries a Soil Sword throughout most of his journey, but eventually discards it for the more versatile and powerful Shovel. He also carries a Watering Can, Potted Petalportal, and The Last Slice. Depending on player customization, Turnip Boy can wear a variety of different hats, or remove his leaves altogether. However, as the developer known as Yukon revealed, the food folk don't see very well, and Turnip Boy is actually a spider-like creature.

Personality

Turnip Boy is considered a menace to society, and commits various crimes throughout his adventure. Whether or not he understands the severity of these crimes is unknown. He is chaotic neutral in nature, but also leans into chaotic evil, like how he once killed Jerry Snail because he had failed to pay rent to Landlord Blueberry ^{[citation needed]}.

Biography

Early Life

Turnip Boy is the son of Don Turnipchino and an unnamed mother. According to the Turnipchino family portrait, he also had two sisters and a grandmother. All are confirmed to be deceased. He is the heir of the Turnipchino mob family.

Tax Evasion Arc

Turnip Boy initially gets a notice from the government regarding his tax evasion, before ripping up the paper. He is then kicked out of his greenhouse by Mayor Onion for committing tax evasion. After this, Mayor Onion sends Turnip Boy on several quests, directing him around Veggieville and its surroundings, where Turnip Boy engages in numerous crimes. He is sent on these errands to gather special items for Mayor Onion, who uses these against Turnip Boy in the Final Fight of a normal route, and the penultimate fight on a 100% run.

• Seen in tax tips video on Graffiti Games YouTube turnip boy speaks through a speak and say like device. it’s been confirmed that his voice has driven the souls out of the bodies of those around him. Crancran has been killed because of it. This was confirmed by one of the games developer’s on their Discord server.
