Crancran is an aging cranberry and the owner of three applecats (red, yellow, and green). The red applecat is missing at the beginning of the game, and only returns to Crancran's garden after Turnip Boy finds it in the Forsaken Farmhouse. Crancran also makes a fanart of Turnip Boy later on in the game. In reply to her saying “You dwidn’t like my Dwaing?”, Turnip Boy became so uncomfortable he spoke with his voice, for the first and only time in the game, telling her to stop.

Unfortunately for poor Crancran, Turnip Boy's true voice has the ability to rip out the souls of those who hear it, which is the main reason he doesn't speak. 24 hours after she heard him, Crancran's soul exploded, killing her instantly.
