The boss named ??? has a similar look to turnip boy, but has a rather gray color scheme and blood covered on its body, found on the limitless line as a secret boss, it has fast movement speed and high attack damage, but has a low amount of hp.

Jeff can be found in Turnip Boy Robs a Bank, running a black market on the internet, as well as hiding in a certain section of the bank. I should add more content to this part but I'm not certain on all the specifics so I'll leave that up to someone else :3
